1. Noncommercial Uses Only. Pictoscope Discovery Services, its ProductViews and image content may only be used by authorized users (as defined below) for noncommercial scholarly and education uses. Commercial use (including any reproductions and distributions) of content is strictly prohibited.
2. Maintaining Security of Pictoscope Discovery Services and Products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and/or password (if such are provided), and for all usage or activity by you of Pictoscope Discovery Services and Products, and you hereby agree not to provide access to these subscription services to anyone else (other than as expressly instructed by your institution). You may not set up a proxy or anonymous remailer for purposes of allowing access to Pictoscope Discovery Services and Products.
